2025 Action Plan

Happy New Year!

With a new year comes a new page for KMLOEC, our 2025 Action Plan will become the framework for how we will move forward as an organization and as a community.

This plan outlines and details many new exciting prospects for KMLOEC. Most prominently, our new incoming Executive Board. Slated for implementation in May of 2025, this new board become leaders in sustainability and youth community outreach. At the moment, we have already begun this transistion with our Prospective President, Luciana Fuentes, and Prospective Senior Vice President, Syrenay Ow.

The 2025 Action Plan also includes our Native Pathways Project and increased community engagement plan. We aim to lead KMLOEC towards becoming an organization that not only fosters change, but empowers others to take charge as well.
